Retreats & group journeys

Deep work, held together.

Something happens in a room full of people breathing toward the same edge. Retreats and group journeys create a container for collective release that private sessions can't fully replicate — held with the same trauma-informed care as 1:1 work, scaled for a circle.

A concentrated group experience for smaller gatherings — bachelorette-alternative circles, milestone birthdays, friend groups ready to go deeper together.

Community Circles

Recurring group sessions

Lighter-touch, functional group breathwork for ongoing community gatherings, co-working spaces, and studios — see the Community Events calendar for the current schedule.

Why breathe in a group

Collective nervous systems regulate each other

A group breathwork journey does something a solo practice can't: it lets your nervous system borrow safety from the room. Shared breath, shared rhythm, and witnessed vulnerability tend to lower the guard that keeps deeper material out of reach — which is part of why holotropic-style work is traditionally done in circles.

For retreat organizers, that makes breathwork one of the highest-impact single sessions you can add to a weekend — it consistently becomes the moment participants talk about afterward.

What a retreat booking includes

Built around your group, not a template

Before

  • A planning call to understand your group, theme, and venue
  • A custom-written script for the group's specific journey or theme
  • Guidance on space, sound, and timing so the session fits your itinerary

Day-of

  • A brief grounding orientation before the journey begins
  • Live, guided facilitation for the full group throughout
  • Individual attention available for anyone who needs extra support
  • A closing integration circle to bring the group back together
Group size

6–30 participants

Smaller circles allow more individual attunement; larger groups work well for corporate or campus-adjacent gatherings with a support team present.
